ADC Bristol UK 2026 is now accepting speaker submissions from developers, researchers, students, and creators across the audio industry.

We invite anyone from the audio developer community – from students to industry experts – to contribute to the Audio Developer Conference by submitting a talk proposal.
We want to draw on as diverse a range of contributors as possible - the less your voice is usually heard, the more valuable it can be! So we'd also like to make especially clear that people from all backgrounds – minorities or otherwise – are not only welcome, but we will do whatever we can to actively support you. If you have any questions or concerns about this, always feel free to contact us at [email protected].
Talks at ADC range from audio research, to professional practices, to standards in audio development, as well talks about application areas and career development. Experimental projects are welcome. We are seeking a balance between deeply technical talks aimed at experts as well as more accessible talks that may be of interest to students and new developers.
Topics include, but are not limited, to:
You can view abstracts from previously accepted talks here:
ADC talk proposals about commercially available products, goods, and services, will not be programmed. If you or your company would like to present a sponsored talk about your product, goods, or services, please contact [email protected] for ADC25 sponsorship opportunities.
Talks can either be 18 minutes or 50 minutes in length. 18 minute talks programmed in the ADCx portion of ADC25 program or ADCx Gather programming will not have a live Q&A. 50 minute talks are encouraged to leave ample time for Q&A at the end of the session.
You can present your talk live in Bristol UK or live stream your whole talk, including Q&A, from home via screen share. In either case, the ADC team will be helping you with all the necessary tech setup to make sure everything works smoothly.
Once the ADC25 talk submissions portal closes, voting on the submitted talks will be opened up to the whole community. Talk submissions will be anonymised to make this voting process fairer and reduce unconscious bias.
If your talk is accepted, it will come with one discounted conference ticket, even if there are multiple presenters (only one discounted speaker ticket is provided).
