The Audio Developer Conference is committed to increasing diversity and inclusivity in all aspects of our community and events. The ADC team wants everyone to contribute to an interesting and joyful event where people of all backgrounds feel welcome.

We invite our Sponsors to partner with us to expand this initiative through the offering of ADC Diversity Scholarships.

  • Create career opportunities
  • Provide access for those who would otherwise be unable to attend

We will consider any candidate from an under-represented background with regards to the usual ADC conference attendees. For example, under-representation could be:

• gender-related (women, trans people, nonbinary people among others)
• sexuality (LGBQ+)
• heritage (cultural, ethnic, and/or racial identity)
• physical disabilities or health issues (including reduced mobility, sight impairments, learning difficulties, cognitive challenges, etc)
• career path-related (long time job-seekers, career changers)
• people with specific financial issues

Recipients of an ADC scholarship will receive a complimentary Audio Developer Conference in-person ticket for the 3-day Bristol event.

Note: All successful applicants will be responsible for covering their own travel and accommodation costs.

Thanks to the generous support of our lead Diversity Scholarship Programme sponsor, L-Acoustics, hotel accommodation for three nights will be fully covered for 10 selected applicants.
