More Ways To Participate at ADCx Gather & ADC25: In-Person (Bristol UK) and Virtual/Online Posters
ADCx Gather & ADC25 Call For Posters - Closes on 1st September
Posters are a great way to show off your latest project, or present info to attendees outside of the standard ADC talk format.
● Posters can be print, digital or media based (not restricted to a typical print poster) and can include demo’s, hardware or other content for attendees to interact with throughout the event
● Posters are set up as ‘installations’ within both the physical and virtual venues, allowing attendees to view and interact with the content at any time throughout the event.
● Attendees can also visit the poster during the official scheduled ‘poster session’ where poster presenters will be at their booth/stand to interact with attendees or even provide a short presentation or overview of what is being shown, to anyone who is interested.
We can only accept a limited number of In-Person posters for ADC25. However, online/virtual posters for ADCx Gather and ADC25 are not subject to the same restrictions.
Virtual posters can consist of images/graphics, media content, interactive web pages, docs/slides and more. These are embedded into the virtual/online poster exhibition space and accessible to all attendees who visit.
